Our Journey
ACH Growth Advisory is rooted in the vision of our parent company, ACH, founded in 2004 to create a value-driven organization that empowers individuals and businesses. ACH aims to transcend transactional relationships by offering world-class services that address deeper organizational and individual needs at reasonable costs.
Our journey also includes HPCP, which mentors future leaders with a people-first approach, and Bejobbed, which supports MBA students through internships and mentorship to accelerate their careers. Together, we are dedicated to fostering growth, providing valuable guidance, and building lasting partnerships.

Our Founders
Sandeep Jadhav
● Sandeeep Jadhav, Founder & Director of ACH Management Consultants, Bejobbed Inc. & HPCP brings over 20 years of leadership & industry expertise.
● An alumnus of the IRMA, and former National Sales Manager at Kodak India Ltd, he founded ACH in 2004 with a vision to ‘Unfold Potential’.
● Sandeep’s entrepreneurial path is marked by his dedication to empowering individuals and building organizations. He has worked closely with business owners, playing a pivotal role in transitioning them.
● His impact spans leadership teams across MNCs, large firms, and PE-Firms, where he has played a key role in cultivating high-performing teams aligned for growth and success.
● Sundar Raj, Co-Founder and senior retail leader, brings over 30 years of industry expertise across food and grocery retail, FMCG, and e-commerce.
● An alumnus of IRMA, he has held pivotal roles, including Business Head with P&L responsibility, shaping renowned brands such as Jiomart, Aditya Birla Retail Ltd, Foodworld, Spencers, Tata’s Star Bazaar, Godrej Aadhar, Tambulya, NatureBasket etc.
● Known for his strategic expertise in sourcing & procurement, retail store operation, general trade, modern trade, supply chain optimization and E-Commerce, Sundar is instrumental in driving retail growth and fostering innovation in dynamic markets.
