His notable roles include Senior Vice President & Group CHRO at Bhartiya Group, where he led HR across multiple geographies for 12 years, and Vice President & CHRO at Bharti Airtel. Earlier in his career, Alok held progressive roles at Luxor-Parker (a Gillette JV), Goodlass Nerolac Paints, Jay Bharat Maruti, and Glaxo India Limited, showcasing his expertise in governance, HR operations, and industrial relations.
