Rashi Goel began her career as L’Oréal India’s first diverse sales officer in 1998 and ascended to the role of CMO by 2013. Over the next decade, she held complex CMO positions at renowned organizations, including Givaudan APAC, Kraft Heinz India, Nestlé South Asia, and Amazon India. Rashi’s extensive experience encompasses a wide array of marketing challenges, from promoting low-cost biscuits to premium hair colors, revitalizing distressed brands, and launching innovative products.
