Sunil Sethi

Sunil is a corporate connoisseur with extensive Board-level experience across the FMCG, Alcoholic Beverages, and Apparel industries in Asia-Pacific and Sub-Saharan Africa. With over three decades in Sales, Marketing, and General Management, he has consistently achieved success in defining strategic priorities, building brands and teams, enhancing execution efficiencies across the value chain, and driving revenue and market share growth. Sunil’s career includes leadership roles in top-tier multinationals such as Wipro Consumer Products, Frito-Lay, Diageo, Colgate Palmolive, Mondelez, Kellogg, and Fonterra.

Currently, Sunil is an External Advisor with Bain Consulting and advises the New Zealand Trade & Enterprise (NZTE) Beach Heads Network. He also serves on the Board of Bikaji Foods International Limited and has held board and advisory roles with the Indian CEO Forum in Sri Lanka and AMCHAM Malaysia, where he led the FMCG Committee for four years. As a certified Executive Coach, Sunil has advised numerous senior leaders over the past decade, supporting their growth in both professional and personal arenas.
